A couple uprooted a 180-year-old oak. A judge ordered them to pay nearly $600,000

  • Tantallon properties in the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area (CBCA) are subject to a Conservation Plan and Agreement. You should review your agreement before you cut or move a tree.
