MGM taps local architectural firm, promises more Prince George's hires (Wash. Business Journal)

"MGM National Harbor has hired a local, minority-owned business to play a key role in development of the planned Prince George’s County resort-casino.
Temple Hills-based Arel Architects Inc. will act as a bridge between MGM Resorts International’s design team and Maryland’s Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement. Essentially, Arel will play the role of primary liaison between the development team, based in Las Vegas, and Maryland regulators through both the planning and construction phases of the $925 million National Harbor resort."
